Job Description : DocGo Mobile Health is a venture of DocGo, a leading provider of integrated telehealth and mobile medical services. In partnership with Dr. Mark A. Merlin and MD1 Medical Care PC, we bring additional services to help our communities manage the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. Merlin is one of the foremost authorities in out-of-hospital physician responsive services, both regionally and nationally.
Ambulnz by DocGo deploys over 2,000 EMTs, paramedics, and advanced practice providers to facilitate on-site, non-critical medical services and transportation for patients in the U.S. and the U.K. We’ve revolutionized patient care with intelligent fleet routing, accurate ETAs, real-time GPS tracking for our state-of-the-art vehicles, and ShareLink™ technology.
We’re revolutionizing the delivery of healthcare and we need a COVID Testing Administrator to join us.
Position Overview:
Our Company will provide COVID-19 health assessments for our business partner. We will be using various models to provide access to the health assessment. We are seeking administrative and customer service candidates to assist in the coordination of testing at this site.
Job Duties:

Welcome/greet staff members as they come in for swab testing and/or health assessments.
Assist with registration
Conduct health assessment questionnaires
Collaborate with coworkers and management to assure top-tier patient care.
Labeling the vial and placing it with a requisition form for collections.
PPE mandatory along with N95 usage.
Gather patient information and appropriate signatures for specimens.
Prepare and ship specimens to laboratories for testing.
Operates test systems proficiently. Minor troubleshooting of test systems and takes appropriate action according to predetermined protocols. Notifies appropriate Supervisory personnel.
Follows established policies and procedures for quality control performance and documentation. Identifies problems that may adversely affect test performance or reporting of test results and takes appropriate action including supervisor notification.
Follows all safety, HIPAA, infection control, and OSHA Blood Borne Pathogen guidelines.
Utilizes appropriate supplies with minimal waste. Respect and maintains the confidentiality of information relative to customers.
Set up and breakdown/clean up at end of day

Requirements:

High school diploma (minimum)
Strong customer service experience
Ability to multitask
Attention to detail
Proficient working with Google Sheets, Excel, and Word
Fully vaccinated for COVID-19

Location: Philadelphia, PA
Pay:$20.00/hr
