Job Description

Responsibilities include working in a dialer collections environment responsible for accounts from 5 day to 59 days delinquent.
Interacting with customers in an inbound/outbound calling environment.
Negotiate payments and work to resolve the delinquency on past due auto and specialty product loans.
Determine the customer’s current financial situation and recommending available option to resolve the delinquency.
Ability to work in a team environment and deliver against established goals and metrics.

Ability to understand and discuss personal and financial difficulties
Ability to recommend and negotiate payment arrangements
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills

Job Band: H7

Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)

Hours Per Week: 40

Weekly Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm 2 Saturdays per month 7:00am-11:00am

Referral Bonus Amount: 600
