Job Description : Customer Success Specialist Houston, TX
Delivering Customer Success is a key focus for clutch, and strive to provide each and every customer with a positive and informative experience. The key is understanding customer needs, engagement and timing. Clutch is hiring a full time Customer Success Specialist to join our customer support team in Houston, TX
Customer Success Specialist Role Objective:

Manage overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding account setup and implementation
Establish strategic rapport to help drive continued value of our products and services
Remain up to date customer success strategies and best practice and support pathways
Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings
Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed

Customer Success Specialist Daily Tasks & Responsibilities

Communicate with customers and account holders on a day-to-day basis
Review the customer journey, identifying how it’s supported, taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals
Facilitate interaction and workflow between project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure deliverables are on time
Collaborate, problem solve, and/or strategize upcoming client meetings with team members
Efficiently update and maintain documentation relating to client accounts
Work with the sales and marketing team to maintain an up to date working product knowledge

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in communications, sales or customer success
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Analytical and process-oriented mindset
Strong computer literacy required
Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
Associate’s degree or higher preferred
Knowledge of CRM and project management tools is a plus

Pay: $15.50 – $18.00 per hour
