Job Description : ASSESSMENTS & JOB DESCRIPTION
Please complete the Customer Focus & Orientation and Scheduling Skills Assessments, in order to receive priority job application processing.
MTBA (Medical Transportation Brokerage of Arizona) CSR will receive incoming phone calls from AHCCCS (Arizona Health Care Cost-Containment Services), CPS, DES, Dial-a-Ride, VA members that have been qualified for non-emergency medical transportation.
Training: 2 week training period in Phoenix or Tucson MTBA Call Center is required.
Call Center & Remote Job Openings
Part-time/full-time available.
Bilingual Spanish a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer incoming calls
Research customer concerns
Provide excellent member service
REQUIREMENTS – Call Center & Remote
Type 30 WPM
Computer experience
Good communication skills
Dedicated home work space
High-speed internet connection for computer and company-issued phone
Windows 7+ computer (min.); if unavailable, company may supply computer
PAY SCALE
Remote: $13.50 per hour
Remote/Bilingual: $14.00 per hour
Call Center: $14.00 per hour
Call Center/Bilingual: $14.50 per hour
Call Center/Bilingual/3rd Shift & Weekend: $15.50 per hour
BONUS PROGRAM
$200 – 2 months
$300 – 6 months’
