Enquiry generation and Prospecting (Inbound/Outbound calling, Walk-ins, Events, Referals etc.)Well versed with New Products, its understanding and updates.Event Planning and execution (ATL/BTL Activities), especially in areas of Low MS.Ensuring Sales Initiation and proper & complete filling up of enquiry forms (Green Form)Ensuring Follow up of all enquiries till closure, Updation and detailing of all lost dealsProduct Demo & Test Drive to all prospecting customers. Ensuring proper upkeep of Test Drive vehicles, Pre and Post Test Drive vehicle feedback filled on daily basis.Root Cause Analysis of all Lost casesEnsure proper and complete filling up of Yellow form, booking document and commitment formEnsure Vehicle condition during unloading of billed vehicles, Pre Delivery Inspection checklist are being filled properly and documented accordingly.Ensure proper and timely delivery is processed for customer, in case of unforeseen delays necessary communication is made accordingly.Ensure Proper filling of Instant feedback and Instant re
