Determine the customers needs and propose appropriate service needs
Develop solid customer relationships to help with customer retention
Utilize software platforms to track customer interactions and follow ups
Participate in team strategy meetings
Meet the needs of our clients and customers with integrity
Use multiple applications to access information (training provided)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
