Job Summary:
Provide customer service by accepting and processing customer’s transactions in LBC branches for money remittance, courier products, sea/air cargo shipments from the origin to the Philippines.
Job Specification:
Education:
At least a vocational graduate or 2 years college level; Preferably a graduate of any four-year course.
Working Experience:
· Fresh graduate; Preferably with experience in a related field (logistics industry)
Competencies/Skills:

Ability to achieve sales quotas
Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job
Ability to communicate with associates and customers
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Knowledgeable in documentation and writing reports
Preferably can speak and understand the Filipino/ Tagalog language

Working Conditions

Basic branch setting
Willing to be relocated and assigned in different areas as the need arises
Total of 40 working hours per workweek
Willing to extend and render overtime due to operational requirements
