Job Description : Responsibilities
Customer Care Associate is responsible for the day to day management and operation of their assigned community
Be the first point of contact for end-user inquiries, and after sale issues
Conduct Quality Walks and re-inspections with home buyers
Participate in the Orientation Tour process for smooth delivery of the home and the transitioning of the homeowner into the care of the Customer Care department
Respond to homeowner’s requests for service/repair of items covered by warranty
Review and analyze customer warranty repair requests/claims to ensure compliance to warranty guidelines
Schedule and manage the corrective work performed by trades contractors and other general service and repair warranty that are not covered by trades contractor’s or manufacturer’s warranties
Attend weekly site meetings
Log and update customer service requests in database
Update and maintain a variety of reports for management and department’s use
Perform other duties as set forth by Customer Care Manager
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years experience in Customer Service
General understanding and knowledge of construction
Customer Service focused, with excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
Experience managing multiple priorities, effective judgment, and time management
Team player, strong interpersonal skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Demonstrate a high proficiency in using various applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel), and be familiar with email (MS Outlook) and internet applications
A valid driver’s license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
