Position : Customer Experience and Onboarding Manager

Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to provide excellent customer service in resolving customer needs and making onboarding of the new prospects a pleasant experience. The goal is to increase customer satisfaction while managing their expectations.
Responsibilities

Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
Develop service procedures, policies and standards
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
Set up demonstration of the software system with the technical team for new prospects.
Discover customer needs and become acquainted with our system to answer most common questions.
Knowing customer needs, write a pricing proposal.
Provide Service Agreement for acceptance and set up a go-live date.
Manage the go-live schedule of multiple customers in consultation with the engineering team.
Collaborate in implementation of the system at customer site for smooth transition.
Keep the customer informed of the status of their requests.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 per year

Supplemental Pay:

COVID-19 considerations:No direct customer contact, most of them are spread over different states and communication mainly is via phone, email. or chat. Office environment is clean and common areas are regularly sanitized.
Education:

Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

Customer Support & Client Services Managers: 1 year (Preferred)
