Job Description : Our Didact Management are retail experts who represent our products through exceptional customer service; always displaying a positive, outgoing personality, while being knowledgeable about the products and services we sell.
We provide a positive team atmosphere with engaging sales initiatives and programs designed to give the training and tools necessary for success. We need energetic, self-motivated sales and customer service professionals that work well in a team.
We are looking for entry-level candidates who are interested in gaining customer service, sales, and marketing experience. If you do not have any experience, no problem at all, paid training is provided.
Responsibilities
Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 – $1,600.00 per week
