Description
At Percepta, we bring first-class service across each market we support. As a Seasoned Agent, you’ll be a part of the Concern/Case Management Team, creating and delivering amazing customer experiences, while also enjoying the satisfaction of being part of a unique culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

Create cases so resolve our customers’ concerns related to their vehicles
Provide highest level of customer support through omni-channel solution (contact may include, voice calls, emails, chat, and SMS)
Ensure frequent followups with customers and dealerships
Use excellent resources to find processes and information to help with resolving concerns
Accurately disposition and document cases
Collaborate via chat rooms to collaborate and discover best practices in resolving concerns
Use critcal thinking and feel a sense of accomplishment after you have resolved a case

What You Bring to the Role

High school diploma (or equivalent) required; College degree is a plus
2 years call center and work-from-home experience, preferred escalations or retention experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills required
Proficient with use of technology, systems, and software
Ability to utilize a PC to communicate with others
People-oriented and great at building relationships
Broad knowledge of the automotive business preferred
Work independently using both logic and intuition to reach appropriate conclusions
Display a strong customer focus, awareness, and sensitivity with the ability to gain trust and respect of colleagues and customers
Make appropriate decisions and exhibit sound judgment
Listen to others and respect differences of opinion
Analyze data, track trends, and retrieve relevant information to complete a task
