Replying to customer queries via emails, tickets and live chatsCalling US based vendors for regular updatesAnalyze the frequently faced issues with customers and prepare reports highlighting themMaintain the highest level of accuracy while responding to the customersEnsure complete customer satisfaction in all type of communicationsDelivering a comprehensive service to inquiring customersManaging a large number of outbound calls and emailsKeeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions takenReporting back on results
Qualifications:
Ability to answer customer queries via calls, emails and live chats proficientlyExperience in handling customer service will be preferredConfident and customer-centric approach towards customer queriesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to maintain calm under pressureEfficiency and organizational skillsAdministrative skillsComputer literacy in order to type up reports, results and details of customer interaction
