ABOUT THE JOB
This role will provide phone, chat and email support to transportation factoring clients. You will provide excellence in customer service consistent with business objectives. You will support administration and process client load submissions, reviewing all information needed to allow invoice creation. Processing of vendor records, payment status inquiries, client outreach, updating records, and detailed problem resolution are all key responsibilities for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide phone, email and chat support
· Provide excellent service following approved customer service best practices
· Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify ways to better assist clients with the needs and resolve issues
· Communicate and partner with clients tactfully and empathetically
· Offer support and solutions to clients in accordance with standards and policies
· Meet performance goals established for the position in areas of efficiency, accuracy, quantity and quality
· Go above and beyond in providing excellent client service to exceed expectations
· Review and ensure documents are correctly imaged in database
· Train and support clients on related systems
· Participate in a team environment and business culture that optimizes both customer service and risk management disciplines
· Maintain confidentiality of client information
· Other duties as assigned
