Job Description : No experience necessary. Opening for a Customer Service Associate at our office. Greet customers in a welcoming manner and help them select from service plans. Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
Additional duties

Accurately field customer inquiries.
Provides outstanding customer service.
Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
Manages financial transactions.
Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing credit and debit cards.
Alerts management of potential security issues.
Mindful of inventory levels when assisting customers with their selections.
Keeps customers informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,089.25 – $1,459.00 per week
Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Weekend availability

Work Location: One location
