Job Description : JOB DESCRIPTION DUTIES:

High volume computer invoicing & filing
Telephone, email
Microsoft Office Suite
Service Fleet Dispatching

JOB SILLS:

Looking for long term employment
Fast learner
Promptness
Ability to move around with filling
Work with minimum supervision
Paper work, great attention to detail
Follow orders with other duties as assigned
Multi-task
QuickBooks online experience preferred (will train)
Billing
Service Titan or other construction field service management software experience a plus!

SALARY & BENEFITS:

Full time work Mon-Fri 8:00 to 4:30 pm with half hour lunch
After 90 days probation, company insurance available
Holiday & vacation pay
Hourly wage, weekly pay with direct deposit

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
