Need to handle calls and provide information to potential customers.
Manage customer database on system.
Create reports on the work done and submit it to the reporting manager.

Required Qualification & Skill set

Must be Graduate.
Good Communication Skills in English & Hindi.
Ability to deal with Customers.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Working knowledge of computer, MS Office and Social Media.
