Job Description : CUSTOMER SERVICE/CLIENT INTAKE/CASE MANAGEMENT – IMMEDIATE OPENINGS
Job Type: Part-time/Full-time Available
Job Position: Customer Service/Intake Specialist/Case Manager
Location: Law Firm – Houston, TX (Greenway Plaza)
Compensation: based on experience and qualifications

Self-starter, team player a must.
Basic computer skills.
Outgoing and very comfortable talking on the phone – Strong interpersonal and verbal skills necessary to relate to and empathize with other people.
Professional demeanor.
Perform other duties as assigned or required.
No previous law firm experience is required, though experience in customer service, call center, intake is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
