Preference would be accorded to BFM, BBI, BAF, BMS NISM Capital Market/Insurance/MF modules (Desirable)Key Requirements: 1.Proficient in MS office2.Fluent in both verbal and written Communications.3.Basic understanding of capital markets businessRoles and Responsibilities: 1.Single point of contact for HNI relationships virtually2.Assist customers to transact digitally3.Outbound/Inbound calls to reach to the mappedcustomer base on daily basis.4.Strive to achieve business targets as per assignedportfolio5.Cross sell/Upsell to increase product penetration6.Customer onboarding and activation7.Proactive retention of customers8.Interact with clients on research calls, advisory tokeep Clients active & increase revenue9.Converting and generating revenue from dormantcustomers.10.
