Customer Service Lead / CashierFast-paced working environment!
$13-18 per hour includes tips.
Our Customer Service Lead use their skills, personal style, our brand language, and service standards to create a memorable experience for every guest, every time!
Weekend availability is a MUST
Alamo Heights shifts available: Mon-Sun 1:30pm-7:30pmDowntown shifts available: Mon-Sun 6:30am-2:30pm
REQUIREMENTS

Greet guests when they arrive and thank them when they leave.
SMILE
Be able to lift 40 lbs
Provide a great guest experience over the phone and in person.

PREFERRED

Candidates who excel at Customer Service and enjoy engaging with customers
Passion and knowledge of plant-based food
Have a love for coffee

JOB DESCRIPTION

Acts as Shift Leader during assigned shifts
Perform opening and/or closing duties
Reinforce a customer service mentality and ensure all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times.
Immediately and respectfully respond to guest requests.
Report guest complaints to their immediate supervisor and assist in resolving such complaints.
Direct and assign employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards
Adhere to and monitor employee compliance of the employee handbook, policies and practices

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 – $18.00 per hour
