Responsibilities:
-Demonstrate a “servant’s heart” by creating unique and personalized experiences
-Process payment for all services rendered
-Coordinate with the valet department to quickly deliver the customer’s vehicle
-Balance and close-out the cashier drawer
-Work closely with service associates in meeting customer’s needs
-Manage, organize, and track all customer paperwork
Requirements:
-High school diploma required
-Must be organized and detail oriented
-Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Luxury retail experience is preferred
-Experience in a fast-paced environment
-Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
