Job Description : NFX Guild invites hardworking, motivated candidates to fill the Customer Service Representative position. Experience in this position is welcome, but if you don’t have any customer service experience, that’s okay. We have people on our team who are sure to help you during a training course that will get you up to speed quickly.
You can work both from the office and from home.
Key Responsibilities:

Answering incoming product enquiries
Manage customer enquiries via both phone and email
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions
Manage the complaints process from start to finish
Liaising with operations and field staff where necessary to resolve customer queries
Provide written and verbal quotes

Key requirements:

Attention to detail
A dedication to providing superior customer service
Strong problem-solving skills
A positive and empathetic nature
Written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.15 per hour
