Job Description : Note: This is a remote-flexible position. You may work 100% remotely, provided you are able to come into the office (Philadelphia, PA) for initial training and on an as-needed basis.

EverWash is adding thousands of new users each month and is disrupting the car wash industry through a membership-based business model. We work with our Wash Partners to provide them with a platform to advertise their unlimited monthly car wash plans and attract new customers.
Our Partner Growth team is expanding, and we are seeking a Customer Service Rep, who will eventually grow into an Account Manager position to support and nurture fruitful, long term relationships with the car washes we support and drive additional membership growth for. As their main point of contact, you will not only own a book of business and serve as our clients’ first line of support, but also help drive their continued growth over the partnership’s lifespan. The successful candidate will leverage strong relationship-building skills to find additional avenues of partnership, including cross-selling additional value-added products and services.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are looking for a Customer Service Rep / Account Manager who will be responsible for deepening EverWash’s existing Wash Partner relationships. Over time, you will:

Address incoming questions and concerns from our Wash Partners via phone and email
Own an individual book of business to support our Car Wash Partners after they have been onboarded, ensuring EverWash is meeting their needs.
Set and coach toward 90-day goals for new Wash Partners, conducting needs assessments and guiding them to participate in a repertoire of strategies to improve their sales.
Develop a strategic calendar of check-ins and regular business reviews with existing Wash Partners.
Develop strong relationships and leverage them to recommend and cross-sell EverWash value-added products/services.
Troubleshoot issues, make sure marketing materials continuously meet quality standards, and ensure ongoing partnership satisfaction.
Work with the broader Account Management team, contributing to longer-term strategy and process improvement
Have the potential to grow with our company into future opportunities and leadership roles.

WHO YOU ARE
This is an excellent position for a recent college grad or someone early in their customer service career. You’ll be successful if you are:

Strong at building relationships and providing excellent customer service, whether in an Account Management position or another client-facing role (a wide variety of backgrounds are welcome!)
A self-starter and expert time manager.
Able to communicate at a high level with car wash owners and attendants as well as our sales team, launch/training specialists, and onboarding specialists.
Adept at learning new technologies, such as Salesforce and GoVisually.
Familiar with social media platforms and strategies.
A team player who is willing to collaborate and suggest improvements to our processes.
Ideally located within the tri-state area (PA, NJ, DE).
Willing to travel occasionally to conduct onsite check-ins/training with Wash Partners.
Excited to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture.
