Position : Customer Service Representative

Job Description : Essential Functions
Respond to inbound phone calls and emails concerning product availability, order status, freight damage/claims, and freight request on bulk orders.
Audit order errors relating to missing freight lines and invoicing.
Perform late order audit to adjust ship dates based on production timeline from the factory and inbound raw materials.
Manage customer portals related to orders status, invoicing and entering manual tracking information to close out the order.
Coordinate support activities for the sales team by sending samples and replacement hardware packs, following up on open quotes, completing vendor registrations, and other administrative tasks to help complete the sales process.Knowledge Skills and Abilities
· Must be able to handle complaints and deal professionally with difficult people and situations.
· Intermediate skills in using Excel, Word, and Outlook, knowledge of Microsoft Navision is a plus.
· Able to take ownership of immediate work-related problems, using own initiative to make decisions and problem solve.
· Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, pleasant telephone manner.
· Ability to pick-up new processes quickly.

Work EnvironmentThis job operates in an office and warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.Physical DemandsThis job requires the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and to bend or stand as necessary.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 – $21.00 per hour
Work Location: One location
