Job Description : Primary Services has partnered up with one of the LARGEST ENERY COMPANY to hire motivated representatives for their Customer Support role. Representatives responsibility will be from Customer Service Support, Dealer/Agent support, Administrative/ Technical support and email support . Individuals should be highly motivated, self sufficient, coachable, flexible to adapt quickly, have great multitasking skills, experience in documentation, review reports, log activities, and promote our products and services.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will:
Receive and process field service reports from internal and external service providers according to established processes and procedures
Review reports for accuracy and completeness
Handle customer’s inquiries and concerns
Promote products and service
Update account information and look for solutions
Review and process field service invoices, research accounts,
Update cases and provide feedback on field service reports
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Customer Service REQUIRED
Multitasking/ Analytical Abilities REQUIRED
Bilingual (Spanish/English) REQUIRED
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
Ability to work as a team member and interact with other departments
Ability to work under pressure with strict time deadlines
Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, & Outlook
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
