The CyberRes DPP Solutions Principal is responsible for incubating Cybersecurity solutions to address emerging Cybersecurity use cases and establish early adopter customer and partner success stories. This position is responsible for the conceptualization, design, and development of minimum viable prototypes in collaboration with the cross-functional leadership teams leveraging CyberRes DPP technologies and complementary capabilities from 3rd party technologies. A key requirement is to identify market opportunities and present solution alternatives to cross-functional stakeholders in terms of strengths, weaknesses, implications, risks, costs, and benefits including a recommended way forward. Once the business and technical feasibility study has been completed, support productizing solution prototypes to assist broader go-to-market initiatives.
The ideal candidate will engage with go-to-market teams and partners to define joint go-to-market solution/service offering development initiatives against defined business needs and provide corresponding solution specifications. CyberRes DPP Solutions Principal should bring a proven track record of solving large, complex cybersecurity challenges, and maintaining a central knowledge repository for architecture models and security standards.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate a deep understanding of Cybersecurity market needs and challenges, and how CyberRes DPP technologies can address market requirements.
Develop a business case for incubating solutions and propose solution alternatives to stakeholders articulating strengths, weaknesses, implications, risks, cost, benefits, and recommendations for moving forward.
Incubate Cybersecurity solutions to address emerging Cybersecurity use cases. Scope of this responsibility includes CyberRes DPP Solutions, Products, and SaaS Service offerings, and joint solutions and managed services platforms with partners.
Conceptualize, design, and develop minimum viable prototypes (MVP) in partnership with the solutions engineering team leveraging CyberRes DPP technologies and complementary capabilities from 3rd party technologies.
Develop solution architecture in alignment with industry best practices, and security standards & frameworks. Validate and prove the feasibility of the proposed solution stack.
Lead early adopter pilot engagements in partnership with go-to-market teams & partners, and establish early adopter customer and partner success stories.
Drive thought leadership initiatives for the CyberRes DPP Solutions, Products, and SaaS Services.
Create solution enablement assets including concept demonstrations and market intelligence in partnership with the sales enablement team to support go-to-market initiatives for CyberRes DPP Solutions, Products, and SaaS Services.
Partner with the Digital Learning team to develop digital training (Level 300) and enable pre-sales teammates and partners to become POC ready.
Enable Pre-Sales and Solution Architects including Chief Technologists and Strategists to support go-to-market initiatives for CyberRes DPP Solutions, Products, and SaaS Services.
Responsible for the planning, preparation, and execution of pre-sales Digithons & Academies. Align the enablement initiatives to maximize the new and differentiating capabilities brought to the market through CyberRes DPP Products, Solutions, and SaaS Services, and support the pipeline development campaigns.
Develop, expand, and strengthen an ecosystem of influencers to maximize go-to-market opportunities.
Support solution marketing, demand generation, training, and delivery engagements to establish sales and implementation best practices and lessons learned.
Transition the minimum viable solution to the product management team for productization and initiate the operational readiness activities, once the early adopter success stories are established and best practices & lessons learned are documented.
Knowledge and Skills
Must have:
Must have deep domain expertise in Cybersecurity Solutions and the broader Cybersecurity market.
Excellent client & partner engagement and communication skills as well as the solutioning background to fluently interact with the stakeholders and provide guidance.
Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and execute go-to-market initiatives successfully.
Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to analyze problems, and rapidly develop actionable execution plans.
Strong business, technical, marketing, sales, and commercial acumen with an understanding across the solution lifecycle (or product lifecycle) – concept to revenue.

Education and Experience
Graduate degree in Computer Science or similar fields.
Cybersecurity Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSK, and practitioner certifications in areas like Cloud Security, Privacy Management, etc.
10+ years of working experience in Cybersecurity Solutions and related solutions development, sales practice development, and delivery competency development experience.
Experience with leading and advising enterprise customers and partners on security to include risk, governance, technology, regulatory drivers, and IT security and frameworks such as NIST, ISO, ITIL standards.
