Position : Dainty Jewelry Online Shop / Beading / Production + Packaging Associate
Job Description : We’re on to a great start with building the team and now looking for one more happy person to join us!
We’re settling well in our new space now (real close to the Galleria but avoids the worst of the traffic!) We will be actively reviewing applications hoping to hire within a week.
Hours
Full time, or part time but over 25 hours a week
Flexible schedule between 8:30 A.M. – 6 P.M, Monday through Friday
3-5 days per week based on your availability
Start times are flexible but availability to end the workday between 5:30-6:00 P.M. is preferred
The Position:
No customer contact.
We seek to place each team member in their area of strength but to some extent we all work together on many of the day to day duties
The position primarily involves beading/ bracelet-making; Package prepping; Packaging; Possibly some Graphic Design Assistance; Paper Cutting; Maybe Some Photography Assistance.
Requirements:
No experience in jewelry production or design is required but proven good work ethic is appreciated. Please include all recent work experience with your application.
We work with dainty jewelry so applicant must be willing to work with hands in similar positions for extended periods. [We care about you and have adjustable desks/ ergonomic chairs, etc..]
MUST:
Have a Good Attitude! A positive attitude is the most important thing for this position
Enjoy repetitive work and working well with peers towards effective team work.

Open to listen/ follow directions
Happy person : )
Next:
We’ll be reaching out to set up some video interviews then possibly in-person interviews towards a paid trial period of 3-4 shifts
Compensation
Pay would be $13/hr for the first complete pay period (bi-weekly pay) then we’d discuss starting rate according to value added by team member. Plus opportunity for considerable team productivity bonuses!!
