Position : Data Center Technician II
Job Description : Data Center Technician II
TS/SCI with an active Polygraph!Able to competently perform Data Center Technician Level 1 requirements
Able to competently perform data center support tasks with little guidance following run book instruction
Demonstrated hands-on practical knowledge of systems and policies
Operational management tasks including the prioritization of ticketing queues, working to resolve escalations, and clearing blocking issues to enable continued delivery of datacenter support activities
Experience operating heavy-load movement equipment (pallet jacks, chassis lifts, etc.)
Provides Logistics/Asset Management support.
At least two years’ experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
