We are looking for talented Data Compliance Coordinator, To play a key role in maintaining our high standards in protecting client data. Tomanage some of our global operational privacy processes, and contribute to some of our key global privacy transformation work. Towork closely with the Information Risk & Data Compliance Director, the Data Protection Officer, their leadership teams and many other key stakeholders globally. To workon multiple parallel initiatives to maximise the value we create for our clients through protecting their and our interests in the data we process, and by keeping key global initiatives on track.

Key Responsibilities

Manage key Data Compliance processes: log requests, manage communications with business, track progress of requests through review cycle
Work collaboratively with Business Owners to resolve information gaps, map data flows and present proposals in a format consumable by our colleagues in Legal, Security and other core functions
Prepare for, run and manage follow-up actions from governance forums
Create and manage a central information hub for Complance, ensuring content is current and relevant, community is engaged and supporting content is produced
Contribute to the maintenance of the Data Compliance and Privacy Team backlogs: prioritisation, task planning, delivery and communications
Participate in quarterly Compliance auditing, and work with individuals around the business to close any gaps and complete any actions identified
Conduct independent data compliance investigations, where required
Produce regular, written communications on behalf of the Data Compliance team
Maintain the relevant risk logs in our global GRC tool (RSA Archer) and produce the relevant reporting packs
Support the needs of leadership by communicating and tracking progress of their strategic initiatives with a clear and controlled plan of work in order to drive the achievement of tangible benefits
Contribute to Privacy / Compliance / Governance change projects and programs, as appropriate; work with heads of business/ stakeholders across regions to define the strategy and desired outcomes, lead and own the delivery of projects in line with agreed time, cost and quality measure
