Phoenix, AZ – Near Sky Harbor Airport
Pay Rate: $18 – $20.70
Shifts Available: Monday – Friday 1st & 3rd Shifts Available
COVID-19 Vaccination Required.

About our Data Entry Positions:

We’re looking for Data Entry workers to process customer documents and transactions for one of the world’s largest and best-known financial institutions! These are long-term, temporary positions with flexible schedules. You’ll be responsible for physically and electronically handling customer information with the highest level of accuracy and efficiency. If you’re detail-oriented and work well independently, this might be the opportunity for you!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Associate, you’ll:

Review, handle and prepare incoming customer documents for processing.
Process customer documents, transactions, and remittance statements.
Following customer instructions for document processing.
Enter data into the system following standard bank operating procedures.
Support other departments as needed.

Shifts

Monday – Friday, 6 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Monday – Friday, 9 p.m. – 5:30 a.m.

Note: Weekly hours are based on client needs and work volume

Pay Rate

Earn $18 – $20.70/hr.

Job Requirements:

10-Key Alpha-Numeric experience.
Data entry speed of 10k – 12k keystrokes per hour.
High attention to detail and quality while performing highly repetitive tasks.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods.
Ability to understand, follow and execute instructions.
Comfortable making judgment calls, as needed.
Must have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Previous data entry experience is a plus.
