Enagic is a Japan-based leading manufacturer of alkaline ionizers and water filtration machines. Enagic distributes its products through a network of independent contractor sales represents through a multi-level (network) marketing business model.

Job Overview
Responsible for the overall data entry by registering information in the database. Support and handle any customer service to our end-users by answering questions via email, phone online chat, and in person. The representative is responsible to enter information into our database for the end uses in a timely and accurate and professional manner.
Maintains database by entering new and updated account information
Establishes entry priorities
Enters data requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
Receive and promptly respond to customer queries via phone, email, or online chat
Log into Chat Support daily
Document Issues and Resolutions
Develop Customer Service Solutions
Resolve problems
Identify Possible Website Errors
Ensure customer satisfaction is met successfully
Problem-solving and time management.
Qualification
High School diploma or equivalent
Data entry experience or related experience
Quick typing skills
Organizational skills
Attention to detail
Learn and adapt to current technology needs
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service skills
Managing processes
High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
