Position : Data Entry Clerk

Job Description : ENV Services is a nationally respected leader in calibration, certification and decontamination services for the health care, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our staff. Position involves data entry, preparing final reports for customers, working with quality to make sure documentation procedures are being followed by technicians, and working with technicians to make any needed corrections. Job is on-site and the schedule will be 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Job Requirements:
2-3 years of general office experience needed and working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel. Must be comfortable working on a computer and using different platforms. Willingness to learn.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivated, adaptable, and have a positive attitude. Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, and keep accurate records.
