Job Description : We have an excellent opportunity for the next data entry speedster! If you enjoy entering data and consider yourself detail-oriented, we want to speak with you! This Data Entry opportunity involves typing information into our database from paper documents. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. You will report to a data manager or another senior data team member. Understanding data confidentiality principles is necessary. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database.

Responsibilities

Key data into the system

Maintain physical and digital records

Assist other departments with workload

Organize company documents into updated filing systems

Prepare spreadsheets and reports

Update office information in the system as needed

Skills

Proven work experience handling data entry, or similar

Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)

Familiarity with office equipment, like printers and fax machines

Basic math skills

Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Associates or Bachelors degree preferred students are welcome to apply; additional qualifications in Office Administration is a plus
