Job Description : POSITION: Data Entry Clerk
REPORTS TO: Controller

Description: This is an entry level, full time, non-exempt position. The Union League is looking for someone who expresses maturity and has extensive experience in customer service.

Job Duties:

Primary point of contact for the accounting department via email, phone and in person for the member.
Provides customer service for all member/guest inquiries, member statements, and league amenities including but not limited to : Hotel, Fitness, Dining, Legacy charges, Parking, Golf
Investigate/solve/ reconcile all member billing questions; revise bills as needed.
Maintain related and unrelated business income on a monthly basis
Assists with credit card processing and maintenance.
Follow up on declined/rejected/expired payments.
Process member payments daily via check and ACH
Mails monthly statements.
Process birthday and gift certificate credits.
Serve as Iron Mountain Manager – box up, ship out, and order supplies monthly.
Other Accounting duties
Filing for Accounts Payable/Staff Accountant (hotel folios and CC charges)
Reciprocal Club billing

Departmental Responsibilities:

Alert accounts payable when supplies need to be purchased.
Create and maintain great relationships with members and/or administrators.
Sort department mail daily.
Generate and distribute employee holiday letters annually.
Perform other tasks as requested by the Controller, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Job Requirements:

Highly professional with a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and JONAS experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
