JOB SUMMARY: Input customer work requests. Utilizes (CMMS) Computerized Maintenance Management System to enter production data. Assists in maintaining departmental and customer related communications, and performs various administrative support duties as assigned and required. Afternoon Receptionist desk coverage ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Input customer work requests, assigns work orders, and changes order status when requested or required.

Enters completed work order information into CMMS. This includes the inputting of information from technicians related to hours and materials used, and general notes and comments. • Communicates with departmental staff by phone or two-way radio requesting or passing on information. • Produces a variety of routine workflow reports utilizing CMMS, Excel, or MS Word.
Assists with asset management by collecting information and data on all new equipment at time of purchase, and inputting into CMMS. • Periodically answers departmental calls and interfaces with residents or other departments on problem areas concerning maintenance projects or tasks. Reports resident or departmental concerns to supervisor MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: General knowledge of building maintenance operations and terminology. Must be able to understand basic technical concepts and tasks.
Must be able to function independently and with minimum guidance and direction. Must have strong computer skills and be able to utilize appropriate application software. Must have above average typing and reasoning skills. Able to communicate effectively, in English, both written and orally.
