Job Description : More specifics about what this seat does:

Daily entry of business transactions from multiple online or email sources
Review data for errors and communicate with business to correct
Generate weekly reports to communicate accurate and timely information to business
Maintain and stay abreast of all relevant systems including QuickBooks, CRM, Microsoft suite of products, etc.
Adherence to DSA Code of Ethics
Formally delivers information to groups and enables cooperative and productive group interactions
Promotes cooperation and commitment within a team to achieve goals and deliverables

We need this seat to have:

Associate Degree/Certificate in Business or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Three or more years of business administration or data entry role, such as bookkeeping
Direct Sales experience a plus, not required
Maintain a strict level of professionalism and confidentiality
Must have a passion for customer service
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize with sound organization skills
Must have creative problem-solving skills as well as the flexibility to manage shifting priorities.
Ability to interact across all levels of the organization; strong interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of QuickBooks On-Line, Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM and all relevant systems to support a client
