Job Description : Overview
This position is within the portfolio management team with YABX. Key responsibility will be following:
Functional Responsibility:
Support the launch in new market by developing GTM strategyConstantly montior the portfolio and suggest approach to grow and manage the portfolio riskLeverage alternate data to create data surrogates to quantify portfolio risk better( CDR/Demogs/App data/Bureau data)Identify opportunity in the existing market to push new product and enhance customer experience((Large ticket size loans/Consent based autodebit/Risk based pricing/Gamification)Support various portfolio MIS and adhoc analysis
Work with the product team in ehancing the product features like financial education, collection frameworkGet a good grasp over the credit and fraud models developed by data science team and suggest improvementsSupport the portfolio manager in framing different policies ( Eligibility/Management/Collection/Retention)
Technical Competency: Understanding of Big data platform, well versed in Python and Pyspark, Financial modeling skills good to have
Functional Competency: Experience analytics professional with focus on BFSI domain, Good understanding of Bureau data and basic banking operations
Behavioral Attributes:Is consistent in achieving accuracy, neatness, thoroughness, overall effectiveness and attentiveness to detail.Produces expected volume of work in a timely mannerEstablishes priorities. Anticipates and prepares for changing workload or working conditions.Coordinates and uses available resources to get work done to assure important deadlines are met.Is able to work independently with minimum supervisionCan be relied upon to carry out instructions without follow upMeets commitments: Takes complete responsibility of work assignedMaintains positive working relationships.
