About the Job:
Modern Touch Dentistry is state-of-the-art, private Dental office and is currently seeking a full time front desk and financial coordinator to join our dynamic team.
This is an entry-level position that will support management with administrative tasks and reception. The position will also support insurance and financial tasks. The practice is very team-driven with an emphasis on collaboration versus working solo. We offer a friendly, caring work atmosphere, achievable bonuses, a four and ½ -day work week and competitive pay and benefits.
We are young privately owned start-up dental practice looking for the right candidate to be part of our dream team.
As our perfect match you:

Have experience performing routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files.
Are comfortable providing front office support, such as greeting patients and answering phones
Prioritize patient rapport and outstanding customer service
Are committed to adhering to strict confidentiality and ethical standards
Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development
Have the ability to work flexible hours if business needs require
Have experience preparing, presenting, and scheduling patient treatment plans and financial arrangements
Read and follow exam notes and directions from clinicians.
Collect payments from patients and insurance companies.
Ensure office compliance in the areas of collection procedures and practices
Are comfortable filing insurance claims and submitting e-claims and paper claims when necessary
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports, as directed
Adhere to all applicable laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development
Show a strong respect for all of your coworkers, regardless of position
