Who are we looking for?
Our high end cosmetic dental team is seeking a brilliant and intelligent new “voice.” Our current practice “voice” needs a flexible schedule for her children’s needs right now. She was great and you will have big shoes to fill! : )
We are a 6 person team, seeking to add an energetic, positive, outcome-driven individual to take over schedule and communications coordination. You will be responsible for building the clinic schedule for both providers and for keeping it full when there are cancellations. Schedule coordination requires perseverance, energy and grit. We only share our chocolate with team members who are as passionate about getting the job done and taking care of our patients as we are. You will be the primary customer service lead for all phone, email and text communication. You will also be the first point of contact for all new patients and must have the soft skills of listening, overcoming objections and identifying motivation.

We have fun while at the same time delivering intensely focused surgical and cosmetic dental care for our patients. Our doctor is focused and perfectionistic in caring for his patients, our patients are kind and usually a little nervous (who isn’t when they go to the dentist?), and we ladies on the team are an upbeat group who love to give our patients a great experience at every visit, who love see our patients gorgeous new smiles, who love to hang out at lunch, and love to help each other. What does this job pay?
Compensation includes a base salary, results-based commission, 401(k) matching, paid vacation and national holidays, personal dental care AND Chocolate, of course.
What experience is required?
Let me guess – you want to know if previous dental experience is required? Experience in a FFS/Cosmetic Medical or Dental Office is definitely a plus but not required. If you don’t have dental experience, you’re gonna need to be eager, brilliant and super ready to learn quickly.
Experience in phone customer service working in either sales or escalations is a must.

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
