We are looking for an EXPERIENCED treatment/scheduling coordinator that can:
Answer phones and greet patients with a warm smile and build rapport
Has the knowledge and understanding to present and discuss and recommended dental treatment with the patient
Who has experience working closely with dentists and hygienists to help the patients understanding the importance and value of dental treatment
Has a great understanding of dental insurance and can educated patients on their dental insurance policy.
Is confident presenting multiple financing options to patients, enabling them to obtain the dental care they need and want.
MOST IMPORTANT: A positive attitude, willingness to grow and learn, and a TEAM player are a must!
