Position : Desktop Manager/ It Manager
Job Description : Organize & manage a technical support & provisioning staff
Responsible for managing company assets, systems, & support processes
Manage multiple issues & projects with a high level of quality & ability to follow through to completion with minimal guidance from manager
Insure a high level of customer service to our associates, & customers
Maintain system health, security & insure approved processes are followed
Provide a competitive environment for associates that insures continuous learning, driven support & high level of customer satisfaction
Insure proper scheduling to support dept initiatives, fill gaps where needed
Organize & implement dept projects to support company & dept initiatives
Develop policies & processes intended for continuous dept improvements
Provide regular reporting metrics to measure & insure team’s performance
Create, maintain & update dept KB to insure the best possible support & svc
Monitor, maintain & update dept systems to insure optimal performance
Develop escalation plans & provide dept communications & deliverables
Insure direct reports are properly trained on dept & company protocols
Work & Communicate at an executive level, excellent written & verbal skills
Provide highest level of customer service insuring 1st in class support
Provide regular reporting/communications for supported programs
Provide ongoing coaching & training to direct reports
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
Philadelphia, PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Work Location: One location
