Job Description : Job Title: AGM / DGM Transformation
Reporting Line: GM, BBS Transformation
Role Purpose Statement:
AGM / DGM Transformation will be a part of BBS Transformation team and will be responsible to drive end-to-end transformation initiatives with Bunge businesses across the globe with an objective to drive efficiencies; reduce costs & drive customer centricity. S/he will be leading a team of experienced project managers / consultants and will work very closely with Global Functional Leads; Global / Regional Process Owners and BBS centers to deliver program objectives for the Bunge businesses across globe.

Internal: BBS Leadership team, Regional senior leadership, Functional Leads, Regional Process Leads, Business Units, Global Transformation Lead, Process Design Leads, BBS Transformation Team
External: Consultants supporting the program, potentially technology vendors, potentially facilities contractors

Main Accountabilities
Description
Drive Transformation Programs
Be accountable for and drive end-to-end process transformation initiatives, evaluating & proposing solutions related to the process transformation, new-age technologies, service locations, RPA opportunities; process performance management, with a focus on reducing process costs, increasing efficiency, and maximizing investment returns
Lead due-diligence exercises for business to identify target state solution; key benefits; business case & implementation charter
Identify potential areas of risk and work alongside key partners to develop mitigation actions, thereby ensuring successful achievement of business outcomes
Engage with business leadership / legal / IT / Tax to gain buy-in for various transformation initiatives being implemented for the business
Create and own the design of detailed integrated plans for the end-to-end transformation project including transition to BBS; automation; operating model change etc.
Design & manage governance program as per BBS Transformation guidelines with all stakeholders
Define savings tracks for each of the initiatives and drive realization of the same as defined in the business case
Drive creation & implementation of the Global Process Design to ensure services conducted by the BBS are clearly delineated, and that regional intricacies affiliated with specific processes are documented and socialized with the overall Bunge organization
Team Management
Guide / Mentor teams to be able to own projects independently with minimal supervision required
Enable teams (including third party consultants) to engage & successfully complete projects assigned to them
Identify growth / learning charters for the team and mentor them to be ready to take higher responsibilities / complex programs
Collaboration & Governance
Work with other project managers to share learnings / opportunities to improve
Work with BBS Centers / Regional / Global Teams to troubleshoot any pain areas
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Knowledge
14+ years of work experience in a similar role preferably in Agribusiness / Commodity trading industry
Exposure to B2B Business; Supply Chain will be a key differentiator
Minimum Education Qualification – CA / ICWA / MBA / Engineering Graduate
Additional experience with Project Management / Lean / Six Sigma / PMO certification will be a plus
Skills and Experience
Extensive competence in managing Global Projects covering multiple dimensions – Transition; Automation; New Technology Introduction; Process Improvements etc.
Ability to carry out process design strategy and implementation across BBS Build Out and Steady State
Extensive experience in leading small (4 – 5 members) highly skilled teams to drive successful business outcomes
Significant experience in leading strategic business improvement and end-to-end process initiatives
An understanding of the cultural / change management requirements and impact inherent in a large, complex initiatives
Proven track record of interfacing and collaborating with teams – Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution capability
History of successfully delivering results in a global, cross-functional environment
An understanding of shared services operating models, experience in a shared services organization
Working knowledge of leading practices in shared services; understanding of enabling technologies required to support a shared service organization
Extensive working knowledge of customer relationship management, SLAs, KPIs, metrics, and reporting
Strong communications and presentation skills, the ability to make the complex, detailed information clear and actionable, as well as strong influence management skills to gain alignment and commitment

Technological Competencies: Working knowledge of current shared services enabling technologies, and of potential technologies required to enable the BBS, high competencies in process improvement/design tools (e.g., lean six sigma)
