Position : Dietary Utility Aide

Job Description : Responsible for maintaining sanitary conditions in the kitchen and pot & pan area. Performs a variety of tasks to maintain the floors, walls, dish machine, dish room and equipment in the kitchen. Assists material handler as needed.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or GED.
1-2 years food service experience in an institutional or commercial setting preferred.
Knowledge of use of chemical sanitizer.

Licensure, and/or Certification:

Must have City of Ft. Worth Food Handlers Card prior to employment.

Schedule: Full-Time, Flexible, 6:00am, 7:30am, 1:00pm, 2:00pm
