Position : Direct Care Staff
Job Description : Day Support Staff: 9am to 6pm.
Night Staff: 4 on, 4 off.
Direct Care 4 days on(16 hour days-96 hour shift-you would stay on site, provided sleeping time and food) 4 days off.
Requirements: Driver’s License, SSN, Diploma or GED
The level of Care are intense. Candidate must be able to provide a safe, loving, caring, and teaching attitude to children in a home setting, during school, and on outings to help encourage change. Must be willing to maximize each child’s emotional, cognitive, physical, social and spiritual growth and help them realize their full potential by positive growth. Must be able to monitor and document children’s behavior. Join our team!

Pay: $40,000.00 – $42,000.00 per year
