Job Description : Speaking with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities’ management, discharge planners, and case managers to educate them on our home health and hospice services.
Build and maintain client relationships by providing daily interaction to continually learn what their needs are and how you can exceed them.
Prepare business plans and maintain target lists that will ensure we are spreading the awareness of the company as best as possible.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
