Job Description : Director of Operations
Blue Hammer Roofing a residential and commercial roofing company with a focus on the insurance based re-roofing sector of the market and is looking for a Director ofOperations for our headquarters in Irving Texas.
Duties will include:
1. Oversee daily business activities2. Define and implement operational policies3. Regularly evaluate organizational efficiency4. Track revenue margins5. Oversee the market changes and forces that influence the company6. Prepare and execute business strategies as needed7. Coordinate with the Executive Board of Directors on a daily basis
Qualifications 1. Strong verbal and written communication skills2. Ability to learn new CRM software systems3. Strict attention to detail and accuracy required4. Proficiency to lead multi-unit skilled organizations/teams5. Mastery in being able to communicate above, below, and laterally6. Must have background in construction
Compensation: Salary up to 100,000k/year; dependent on experience
Looking to fill within 1-2 weeks of position posting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
