What will you be doing?
Develop and Execute Engagement and Business Development Strategies
You will Develop and execute engagement and business development strategies that bring more people, partners and businesses giving of their Time, Talent and Treasure to meet agency needs and goals.
Secure Funding that supports CCFW Services
You will secure funding that supports CCFW services and opportunities to enhance services or expand services through new partnerships and new clients.
Use the Leadership, Management & Accountability Framework
You will use the Leadership, Management & Accountability framework by providing professional development, personal accountability, delegating tasks, and projects that leverage their strengths, and break barriers. You actively promote staff-led initiatives and ideas and integrate them into the overall engagement efforts.
WORK HOURS
Regular office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. This position may require flexibility to work various hours and possibly weekends, depending on current program needs.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Catholic Charities Fort Worth offers a variety of benefits to our staff including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Our staff members can participate in a retirement plan with a generous dollar for dollar, up to 6% match. A progressive paid leave plan allows you to earn more time off the longer you are employed and we provide paid time off for 16 designated holidays, including being closed Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day. Up to 3 weeks of paid maternity/paternity/critical illness leave if eligible, in addition to our PTO plan. We also offer flexible work schedules and a friendly, supportive environment.
