Job Description : Rooms Director – Northern New Jersey -Hotel Resort
We are seeking a Rooms Director with full service Hotel or Resort or Casino experience and cross trained at the front office and housekeeping.
Responsibilities:
*Oversee Rooms Division including front office (concierges, desk, guest services, night audit), housekeeping, laundry, etc.
*Manage the performance of direct reports and 100 (out of season) -150 (in season) team members. – Hire, train, schedules, evaluations.
*Established standards and SOPs for corrective action.
*Supervise efficient hotel guest registration and departure. Review arrivals, room blocks, etc. Take corrective action for guest concerns before they depart.
*Assist with budget and forecasting.
Requirements:
*Currently at Rooms Director level at a FULL-SERVICE Hotel, Resort, Casino.
*2-yrs at a FULL-SERVICE Hotel Resort Casino experience and cross trained at the front office and housekeeping.
*Strong with training and the guest service piece – proactive
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
