Job Brief: We are looking for a Distribution Network Expert accountable for
managing sales through Sales distribution network of Distributors, Sub-distributors and
Retailers for new age Educational Products of ALLEN IntelliBrain.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Create and Manage sales and distribution network of Revolutionary Educational Products of
ALLEN Career Institute.
Establishing, maintaining and expanding distribution base through distributors,
sub-distributors and retailers Network.
Set Dealer/Retailer/Distributor sales and distribution targets, role definitions and
evaluation of achievement of the same.
In-charge of Business development through Distribution sales, Channel sales or B2B
sales.
To track segment wise Retail Trade market share for individual outlets and regions.

Monitor SKU’s forecast with respect to budget, plan and inventory turnover ratio.
To ensure State and territory profitability by keeping track of various heads of
liability under control.
Rationalization, Up-gradation and Expansion of distribution network to maintain market
discipline, `increase market share and improve Brand image.
Monitoring Competition moves, activities, and plans.
Lead, train and develop a team of Sales and Commercial, Retail promoters and depot
staffs.
To maintain decorum and be aligned towards companies policies regarding reporting,
attendance, market visit norms, and daily reports.
Coordination and managing all liasoning between Company and the trade partners
(Distributors, Stockists,).
Educate the distributor sales force on Product Features and USPs, work with their sales
managers to convey company objectives and set up sales programs with the buyers utilizing
promotional windows.
Resolve product issues (such as recurring faults) at distributor level, arranging
credits, replacement stock as required and providing feedback to Brand Managers for
recurring issues; Ensure timely settlement of distributor issues like pending schemes/
discounts/ reversal of debit note, etc.

Job Requirements and Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales & Marketing.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as Area Sales Manager / Zonal Sales Manager for consumer
goods / FMCG / Stationary / Toys / Educational Products.
Experience in building new network and expanding the reach of the network.
Extensive Knowledge of Distribution channel and retail channel.
Excellent communication skills.
