Position Summary
The candidate will be required to do high quality research and deliver social media insights contributing to client strategy by analysing data, preparing reports with actionable business insights.He/she will be required to work very closely with Marcom teams to understand the client requirements and come up with a solution. He/she should possess exceptional US English writing skills and experience in creating well-written and meaningful insightful.The candidate should be well-versed with latest social media trends and new developments in social media listening space.The candidate will also stay up to date with both general industry and EY social media trends, visual identity guidelines and develop metrics campaign reports.The candidate will be working with global teams and should be aware of cross-cultural sensitivities and open to flexible work timings. He/she would be expected to learn quickly and stay up to date on what is happening in the sector they’re assigned.
Technical Skills/Tools Requirement
Essential
Good understanding of Social media domain and different Social media platforms.Basic knowledge of Social Media KPIs used to measure and should be able to define new KRA’s.Real time project experience of identifying keyword and creating Topic Profiles for listening to both Brand as well as Competitor mentions, analyzing the data and converting the data to insightful reports.Candidate should have good experience in identifying crisis and crisis management.Candidate should have the ability to analyze the problem statement and come up with a solution for the same.Candidate should have the ability to complete assigned work under allotted timeline and should have the mindset to adhere to process and policies.Experience with Social Media Management Systems (e.g. Sprinklr, Hootsuite, etc.)Ability to work as part of an agile team; independent and showing flexibility during peak times.Strong functional marketing expertise across Social Media Marketing, Brand Communication, Brand Building, Audience Insights and Content WritingRegularly monitor market & competitive landscape to evaluate existing & upcoming opportunities/ challengesIdentify trends, monitor current events and influencers, to anticipate opportunities to engage in and/or lead the conversation in key areas of EY’s work
