Position Summary: This position provides support essential to the MRO division through allocating the appropriate documentation to its proper location and ensure the documentation received is appropriate to what was requested on positive drug testing results. The position also plays a critical role in fostering a culture that strives to provide excellence in service to clients through maintaining strict confidentiality as well as prompt responsiveness and helpful, courteous interactions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Monitor queue to follow up on MRO requests for documentation from donors • Allocate documentation to its proper location in the queue • Contact donor to assure the proper documentation is received • Answer calls, return messages and follow-up diligently until all documentation is received • Determine if medication and/or information provided matches MRO request • Develop ability to evaluate if medication and/or information provided is metabolically correct as a potential explanation for a positive test result • Remain familiar with “Medical Procedures”, drug testing processes, and drug classes • Maintain strict confidentiality and a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and business partners to always promote DISA’s standards of excellence in service Job Duties %: Average Percent of Time Responsibility 75% Allocate documentation to its proper location in the queue 15% Contact donor to assure the proper documentation is received 10% Remain familiar with “Medical Procedures”, drug testing processes, and drug classes Requirements: • Ability to pay strong attention to detail • Basic Administrative experience Required Education: Highschool diploma Preferred Education: Highschool diploma, some college and/or medical training or drug/alcohol industry experience Qualifications required: • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong organizational skills and strict attention to detail • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Strong phone presence Qualifications desired: • Two (2) or more years of related MRO experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of experience • General knowledge of medications and metabolite schedule/metabolic pathways • Bilingual-Spanish speaking Travel %: little or no travel required Physical Working Conditions (ADA): The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. • Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is moderate.

Overtime: minimal overtime required Working hours – Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
